Ed is a theatre director based in London and Bristol.
He runs new writing company Walrus, for whom he has directed the premieres of Sam Steiner's plays A Table Tennis Play and Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons Lemons.
Other credits include the Welsh premiere of Caryl Churchill's play A Number, and the world premiere of Tom Green and Carol Ann Duffy's chamber opera The World's Wife.
Next up: Ed directs the premiere of Marek Horn's new play Yellowfin at the Southwark Playhouse, running October 13th - November 6th.
He will then work as associate director to Patrick Marber on a forthcoming revival of Habeas Corpus by Alan Bennett, at the Menier Chocolate Factory.
Ed is also an alumni artist at the Gate Theatre, a reader for Bristol Old Vic and the Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting, and a recipient of a Leverhulme Arts Scholarship.
